Karol Czapik EFEKT PMO – He started his career as a sales representative for sponsorship packages for congresses and conferences for various industries at Informedia Polska / ECU Marketing. He then managed and co-created the Student Forum Business Centre Club for the Małopolskie Voivodeship with headquarters in Krakow for 3 years. He gained further professional experience over 7 years working in the Integer Capital Group, in companies such as InPost S.A., and EasyPack, where he was initially responsible for managing innovative projects and intellectual property management in all markets. His last task at InPost S.A. was to create and implement a Project Management Office (PMO) from scratch, which also managed the project portfolio in five subsidiary companies.

For over 5 years, he has been professionally supporting companies as an Interim Program and Project Manager for special tasks through his company EFEKT PMO. He is a consultant and mentor in improving project management culture. He supports project teams, company owners, and their boards in effectively managing programs, transforming work culture, projects, and PMO. He has been a practitioner in project management for over 14 years in large international companies and startups, in industries such as e-commerce, logistics, e-mobility, IT, telecommunications, finance, and R&D. He is currently an active member of IPMA Poland, an IPMA Assessor in the nationwide Polish Project Excellence Award competition, a BCC Startups Mentor, an Advisor to the Innovation Manager Academy at PARP, a Mentor at the Kraków City of Startups Foundation, a member of the Service Process Improvement Network – SPIN, and a lecturer at the Cracow School of Business at UEK in the field of Project Management, as well as a trainer and speaker.
