Bartłomiej, widely known as the Krakow Świstak, optimizes sales processes and helps develop methods to reach customers through mentoring consultations and training. Together with his clients, he creates action plans aimed at developing their businesses (known as the Świstak Cycle/Entrepreneur Cycle) – which supports advanced entrepreneurs in transitioning from operational to strategic roles in their own businesses. He does this using innovative tools like the Business Model Canvas and the Golden Circle.

He is an active mentor in numerous initiatives such as Krakow City of Startups, Tech Leaders, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Jagiellonian University Entrepreneurial Incubator, and during hackathons such as Sheep Your Hack, or Sensory and Seriously.

He is an official lecturer at institutions such as Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the National Louis University – Higher School of Business.

For years, he has supported networking and the integration of local communities of entrepreneurs, startups, NGOs, and informal movements.

He conducts training and consultations on community building, networking, personal, and business development for organizations such as the Innovation Manager Academy, My Patients Foundation, Silesian Museum in Opole, Provincial Cultural Center in Kielce, and dozens of other organizations.

Founder of diverse initiatives, such as: EAR Experimental Advertising Agency (a boutique social media agency supporting women’s first steps in marketing), Flying Octopus (a democratic game-dev studio), TEAM Kraków (a development and networking club), Slow Business Academy (an organization operating in slow mode), PTA – Real Anti-Crisis Shield (free marketing support for businesses affected by COVID), and many others. He has also been involved in other initiatives including LinkedIn Local Kraków (meetings about marketing on LinkedIn in particular), Turquoise Breakfasts Poland (a think-tank spreading knowledge about turquoise management), Free Hugs Kraków (free hugs), protests against ACTA (as a local leader and organizer), Marshal’s Office for the Support of Civil Society Development (as a facilitator), Citizens’ Center (an NGO incubator where he twice helped develop the concept), and Toolshed (a nationwide association of coaches and trainers sharing knowledge).

He continually develops through numerous participations in events, training processes, coaching, therapy, and masterminds.
