JWMS is a Krakow-based law firm specializing in business services, particularly for manufacturing companies and those involved in new technologies.

We assist our clients especially in matters related to data protection, copyright law, and corporate law. We support start-ups from the stage where co-founders are considering their first steps, through securing investors and launching a product or service to the market, to potentially exiting a given project. We assist manufacturing companies with ongoing matters, registering trademarks, collecting receivables, and handling labor law issues.

We actively participate in the Krakow start-up community, cooperating with foundations such as Kraków Miastem Startupów and OMGKRK.
