Klaster LifeScience Kraków (KLSK) is a cluster initiative creating an innovation ecosystem, bringing together enterprises, universities, research institutes, hospitals, business support and local authorities. KLSK supports the development of organizations in its network and implements the RIS3 strategy in the region. As a representative of EIT Health Poland, it promotes innovation in healthcare in Poland. It manages the Life Science Open Space Collaboration Platform and organizes an annual summit, supporting interregional cooperation.

KLSK holds the title of National Key Cluster and has won the title of Cluster Management Excellence three times.
