DEVELOPMENT OF THE KRAKOW INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM: OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES IN THE LIGHT OF THE “INNOVATION ARCHIPELAGUS” DEBATES
The fourth meeting in the “Innovation Archipelago” series, held on July 3, 2025, in Krakow, once again brought together representatives of science, business, government, and social organizations. Participants jointly sought answers to the question of how to effectively develop Krakow’s innovation ecosystem in times of dynamic technological change, the development of artificial intelligence, and the transformation of the labor market.
The event, organized by the Krakow Miastem Startupów Foundation, was conducted using an Open Space Technology format, allowing participants to independently create an agenda and freely exchange experiences. This resulted in 37 thematic sessions, which are summarized in this report, documenting key findings, diagnoses, and recommendations for the development of the local innovation ecosystem.
